Background

With a growing client base of blue-chip companies, Peoplism was well on its way to becoming one of the best-known DEIB consultancies in the U.S. However, the Peoplism team felt their current brand (and online presence) didn't match up to the calibre of the companies they were working with. They wanted to elevate their brand and showcase it through a richer, more engaging web experience.

A personable brand with a personality of its own

Peoplism is driven by data and numbers but is much more human at heart. We paired sans serif fonts with hand-drawn script and line art logos, using subtle animations to bring an information-based site to life. The result is clean, concise and structured but still says “we’re down-to-earth, we’re friendly and we’re real.”

Illustrating the importance of diversity

Armed with an all-new pastel colour palette, we created a series of illustrations for the site. This ensured the artwork on the site aligned with Peoplism’s core values around diversity. Our team used blended shading to soften the simple cartoon-style drawings and give a more grown-up feel to the brand.

Uniting a brand across all touchpoints

As part of the rebrand project, Peoplism wanted the full package. It was important that all brand touchpoints were consistent, and so in addition to the website rollout, we created a series of assets for internal documents (including Google Docs and Slides templates) as well as a set of print-friendly guidelines for any future collateral.
