CardConnect's mission is to make payments simple and secure. Everyday, more than 60,000 businesses, ranging from Fortune 500 companies to youthful startups, use CardConnect to securely process and manage their transactions.



We collaborated with CardConnect to entirely overhaul their digital presence.

We began by defining CardConnect's brand, goals and consumer base before diving into how to structure information for the best user experience. Once we had wireframes in place, we began selecting new additions to their existing colour palette to inject more vibrance and personality into their brand with an approachable, rounded typography to match. We also created custom iconography and illustrations to add more depth alongside the product and consumer photography.

We wanted the web experience to fully communicate CardConnect’s vision, values and business. Most importantly, we needed to craft a streamlined, informative and easily digestible website to simplify CardConnect’s products and services and gain consumer trust and understanding.

Upon development phase we included movement and motion to tie together a refined and engaging feel, conveying CardConnect’s customer-focus and tech-forward mentality.

As a large website, we created a detailed story telling experience highly taking into account information architecture and readability. We also devised a set of design templates so that each page is consistent and seamless with the next. Their new look and energy sets them well apart from competitors in their industry and established them as a professional yet approachable brand.
